El pasado 2 de setiembre se dio a conocer por parte de Presidencia un nuevo Decreto relativo a la utilización de certificados de crédito para los productores agropecuarios, tal como sucedió en los años anteriores con los Decretos 250/018 y 199/019.
En ese sentido, se faculta nuevamente a la Dirección General Impositiva (DGI) a autorizar la cesión de certificados de crédito Tipo A (los utilizados para cancelar obligaciones tributarias con DGI), siempre y cuando quien ceda los certificados posea la calidad de productor agropecuario y el crédito que se hubiera generado hasta el 30 de junio 2020 inclusive.
Los certificados podrán ser cedidos exclusivamente a favor de:

Bancos
-
Entes Autónomos y Servicios Descentralizados

Empresas Aseguradoras
El total cedido por cada contribuyente no podrá superar los $2.500.000 (pesos uruguayos dos millones quinientos mil) y deberá realizarse hasta el 28 de febrero de 2021.
De esta manera, aquellos productores que tuviesen certificados de crédito Tipo A pendientes de uso, tendrían la posibilidad de transformar éstos en liquidez para efectuar pagos a las entidades antes enumeradas.
