La Subsecretaría de Estado de Tributación (SET) mediante la Resolución General Nº 95 de fecha 10 de agosto de 2021 amplía la nómina de contribuyentes habilitados a emitir documentos tributarios electrónicos.
El Anexo 1 [ 162 kb ] de la Resolución contiene la lista de contribuyentes actualmente habilitados para emitir y recibir documentos electrónicos, los cuales igualmente podrán continuar emitiendo comprobantes impresos. En los anexos 2 [ 119 kb ] y 3 [ 386 kb ] la SET incluyó una lista taxativa de contribuyentes obligados a emitir y recibir documentos electrónicos desde el 1º de enero de 2022 y 1º de abril de 2022 respectivamente; los demás contribuyentes que deseen adherirse al SIFEN a partir del 1º de abril de 2022 deberán cumplir con el proceso de habilitación que será establecido para el efecto por la SET.
