He has an extensive teaching experience at graduate and postgraduate degree: Professor of Strategic Control of the Master in Financial Management at ORT University from 2015 to 2017, Management Accounting of the MBA at ORT University from 2010 to 2014, Cost Accounting at ORT Uruguay from 2006 to 2018 and Organization and Administrative Methods at UDELAR from 2004 to 2009, and tutor of business plans from 2008 to 2017 in the MBA, the Master in TI Companies Management and the degree in Companies Management.
He has extensive experience in integral management of a business unit of Digital Transformation and is an expert in improving the management of organizations through the implementation of Technology. He has 20 years of experience advising organizations from different sectors (financial, government, health and corporate).
He was Senior Manager of the Digital Transformation Department at CPA Ferrere from 2007 to 2018, leading the department and being responsible for the integral management of the business unit Planning, Commercial Development, Project Execution and financial control. He also worked there as Outsourcing Manager from 2004 to 2012 and as Audit Manager from 2002 to 2007.
